Oxbow terms

Oxbow is a Minecraft: Java Edition server at play.oxbowmc.com, run by Vibe Frontier, LLC. These terms cover playing on Oxbow and buying from its store. Questions: support@oxbowmc.com.

Free play

Playing Oxbow is free and stays free, with no trial clock, whitelist or paid access. You need your own licensed Minecraft: Java Edition account (version 26.2). Bedrock Edition and offline-mode accounts can't join. Buying or not buying never changes whether you can play.

Rules

Adults are the intended audience; keep everything you build and say suitable for all ages.

• Play fair: no hacked clients, x-ray, duplication or other exploits.
• Only the hub is protected. Outside it, PvP and raiding are part of the game, and bases in the wild can be raided.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, scams or spam.
• No wagering, gambling or trading for real money.
• Keep real names, addresses and other private information out of chat and builds.

Coins, crate keys and the casino

Coins and crate keys are earned in game only: by playing, voting, daily rewards and events. They are never sold for money, can't be cashed out or transferred for money, and have no real-money value. Nothing random is sold. Crate and casino odds are published on the odds page and in game.

Store

Seller and payment

Store items are sold by Vibe Frontier, LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe, which emails your receipt. Prices are in US dollars. Your card statement reads VIBEFRNTR* OXBOW.

What you can buy

• Ranks (Wayfarer $9.99, Ranger $24.99, Warden $49.99, Legend $99.99): permanent, with no expiry date and no renewal. Each rank includes the one below it. Perks are listed in the store.
• Upgrades cost the difference between two ranks. An upgrade needs the lower rank on your account when it is delivered; if it isn't there, the purchase is held and support refunds it.
• Cosmetics (Ember trail, Tide trail, title pack, Frostfall) and the Ranger cosmetic bundle: permanent, with no renewal.
• Supporter pass: USD 8 for 30 days. A gray [Supporter] badge and a teal name in the player list and in chat. Not renewed automatically; buying again adds another 30 days.

Fair play

Nothing for sale gives combat gear, kits, /heal, damage, protection from other players or loot. Nothing random is sold; no pay-to-win. Free play never expires.

Delivery

Each purchase goes to the Minecraft account you confirm before paying, either on this site (by username) or through your personal link from /store or /supporter in game. It reaches your account in game, usually within a few minutes. Check the name and head before you pay. A payment that can't be matched to an account isn't delivered automatically; support refunds it.

Refunds and support

For refunds, delivery problems and questions, email support@oxbowmc.com with your username and receipt. A refund or chargeback removes the item it paid for; refunding a bundle removes only that bundle.

Not an official Minecraft service

Oxbow is an independent server. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.
